Wow! Sipping this wine is like being invited to a five-course dinner. You are seated on velvet cushions and there are fresh roses on the table – fully open and releasing their fragrance as you dine. The rich bouquet of perfectly ripe plums and mixed berries is your first course. Next, they have brought a charcuterie plate with tapenade and fresh fennel to the table and sprinkled it with some freshly ground Balinese Long Pepper.
You enjoy the aroma of this second course as you lift your glass for your first taste. Everything you have experienced in your first and second course is there in the palate, but wait! Your third course is the creamy mouth feel of beautifully marbled beef presented on cedar. Just when you think it can’t get any better than that, the fourth course magically appears before you; a crisp buttery pastry filled with fresh black fruit preserves. The fifth and final course is just a little mango sorbet to give a lift to the end of your Michelin worthy adventure. Each “course” flows seamlessly in this well integrated wine. it is so much more than a beverage; it is an experience.
